01
Arrival
Choose clothes that are easy to change or adjust
Soft, simple clothing can make arrival and departure calmer. You do not need to dress for a spa aesthetic or purchase anything special.
- Avoid complicated jewelry when possible
- Bring a layer for after the session
- Tell the provider if changing is difficult
02
During
Different massage styles use different clothing
Table massage often happens under a drape, while chair, Thai, assisted-stretch, and some sports sessions may remain clothed. Ask what the provider expects before you arrive.
- Clothing choice can change technique
- Comfort still comes first
- A provider should adapt without shaming
03
After
Plan for oil, weather, and a slower transition
A small amount of product may remain on the skin or hair. Give yourself enough time to dress privately and leave without rushing.
- Bring a hair tie if useful
- Ask about fragrance-free products
- Stand slowly before dressing
