Only the area being worked should be uncovered.
Draping is not a vague promise. It is a practical method for keeping the rest of the body covered, warm, and outside the session plan.

Ask for another sheet, towel, blanket, or a smaller uncovered area.
Permission for one area or moment is not permission for every area or the entire session.
Area selected
Lower leg
One lower leg can be uncovered from below the knee while the thigh, pelvis, and other leg remain covered.
- Only an agreed working area is uncovered
- Request more coverage at any time
- Skip the area or stop without explanation
This is a simplified educational diagram. Techniques and legal requirements vary. A therapist should explain the actual draping method before proceeding.
