Choose balance before reach

Sit in a stable chair and bring the foot to a comfortable position without straining the hip, knee, or back. Keep the other foot grounded.

  • Use a stool if crossing is difficult
  • Do not balance on one leg
  • Keep pressure easy to release

Use broad palm and thumb-pad pressure

Warm the sole with the palm, use small circles through comfortable areas, and gently move the toes without forcing them.
