Give the eyes and attention a different task
Stand if safe, look at a distant object, blink, and take a short walk. A massage cannot replace breaks, sleep, or a workable setup.
- Move away from the display
- Relax the grip
- Change the lighting if needed

Move
Open the hands and roll the shoulders
Use comfortable finger movement, forearm rotation, shoulder rolls, and a neutral neck position. Avoid strong neck circles or pressure on the front and side of the neck.
- Keep the chin easy
- Stop for dizziness
- Do not stretch into tingling

Massage
Use short palm and forearm contact
Support one arm and use broad glides through the palm and forearm. Stop for numbness, weakness, swelling, or worsening symptoms.
- Use light pressure
- Keep the wrist neutral
- Adjust play time and setup
